Michelle Bridges, the much loved and uncompromising, but compassionate trainer from The Biggest Loser and author of the book Crunch Time has now released her very own series of three home fitness DVDs – Seek & Destroy Cardio Kicker; Super Shredder Circuit; and Tight Toned Terrific.
We are all a little time poor these days, so Michelle has designed all the DVDs with this fact in mind. Each routine goes for 5 minutes, so once you have done the warm up, you can then choose to do all or some of the routines, depending on time and fitness. You can even create your own custom workout by programming any of the five segments in the order you select!
